Pan Cakes

Long time din eat Pancake, so woke up early to make some for bkf. Making bkf is not a difficult task for me, in fact i prefer to make bkf than other meal : p Ofcoz I am also an 'instant' person hahaha..so all stuff from me will come from pre-make/mix/3 in 1 : p

I luvee this pack of flour..all mix and no hassle at all, just add water into it & get it pan fry, simple hehee... (but 1st check the product not fr China.. )

1 box can make so many pancakes : } no need to call for McDonald bkf hehehe : D
& goes with the syrup...but I dun like this brand of syrup, it taste abit weird..

Happy Deepavali

Another celebration of Deepavali in Office. Last yr we had free voucher for Roti Prata at our old Office foodcourt, and this yr we cater in for the occasion : }

Dolphins

Some1 sent me this video , it's so nice & wonderful to watch. I start to miss those days when we went diving, my dive buddy will do the 'rings' & play like these dolphines. Oh gosh..miss my dive buddy too...

Lunch Treat

hehee.. free lunch!!! We have a few 'Promotion' guys here, so they are combining force to buy the team a good lunch. Some1 suggested Crystal Jade, so off we go. Took the shuttle bus from Office to Tampines Mall, wow the place was so crowded, luckily we already made reservations.

this is the 'emotional un-balance' Engr, who demanded for a gd lunch treat hahahaa.. she said this lunch will balance up her emotion for not being promoted : D

the Peking duck, the chef bring out the whole duck & asked whether we wanted to do it ourself or he do it for us... We stared blank..."wat is he talking about... how he expect us to cut the duck ourself?" hahhahaa...so ofcoz he did it for us at the end...

Almond Lemon Chicken...not nice.. the Almond has covered up all the chicken meats & only taste of almond... : {

& deep fried fish also very nice

Almond Prawn... guess the chef got alot of left over almond..so everything also almond..abit disappointing.

Noodles with duck meat...again another left over of duck from Peking duck.. I guess : {

Dessert, Red bean with lotus seed. So So... まま です

This is wat we actually ordered. The set meal for 8 person at S$348.80. I still prefer their Ala Carte, taste better & can have what we really one. Especially their roast pork & dim sum.. well next time we will try that then : }

Shopping Spree

Went Orchard shopping with the gals, we don't have much time to do shopping together for a long long time. It's great to share this moment with them, before we go for our holidays ...soon... :}

While on the way to our dinner, we saw these funny ppl going around with some advertisement. Nic asked me to snap it for her... hahhaa so I did

Only left me & Nic for dinner, Viv has left to meet her frenz somewhere...

we shared this Fried rice with pork chop, oishii : p

& ordered the chef recommended 'xiao long bao' with crab meat.

only 2 dishes but it's enough for both of us. Price quite ex for only 2 dish thou..

Bosses Day cum gathering

It's time for Celebration : } it's Bosses day! Once again I have to organise for the gathering. This time kinda last min so we decided to do BBQ instead. Boss booked his condo's BBQ pit yeah : } so I no need to 'fan' which location is better hehehee... here goes the early birds..

wow we got a nice BBQ pit area, it's at the upper deck & very spacious & pool view heheehe..

so early birds got to work lor... start the preparation work ladies & stop chatting : D

hmm..nice condo..and me..ofcoz got other task to do : D

here come our Engr team ...

they claimed that they are the older version of 'F4' hahaha...

so we have the old "SHE" too...

and then...came my boss..& he joined in & become the "5566" : D

the loving couple always come with their boy boy

he's very cute & enjoyed himself while his mum ..eat & eat hahaha..

and ofcos our IT experts, Andy & Willy

most of them arrived & started to eat & chat..

we have some cooked food too, this pot of curry was done by our company cleaner. She is good at cooking, especially the Curry Chicken..yummy.. I get her to cook for me & it was really very nice...

n our BBQ stuff..with carbons...risk of getting cancer : D

and Mr Lai started his own BBQ stuff too...

While Audrey enjoying the Otah so much..I guess she already took more than 20..

and Andy enjoying his beer & cigarette more than the food

hahaha..Willy was searching for more beers...

& thanks to our two chef, we catered from them & also include the BBQ service. So we dun have to do it ourself.. wahahaha..

oh & our cakes too... I order this Chocolate cake from Royal Cakes, it's ready ready very nice. 2kg for S$82 includes delivery.

here's on the left side, our BD 'boy & girl' together with the Bosses from 4 diff dept.. & we sung BD songs together with a remix/fusion of Happy Bosses Day songs...Anyway i also dun know wat's tat hahaha..just enjoyed the fun & who cares : p
