Very happy to receive this cake on my desk, it just few days of work & ppl remember my birthday : ) A very nice new colleague of mine bot me this cake & it heart warming. As usual dun like to celebrate my birthday in a big group, I just like to be with my closes frenz, family & love one.
Gave budd a call in the morning & asked her out for dinner together with Nic & Viv. Since Dar not in town so lets made it all girls day out : ) Received the flowers just min after we set down. A surprised fr Budd. she & all her funny ideas. Thanks Budd!
We have a nice cosy corner at New York New York, Kovan. It's my 1st time here, was highly recommended by Viv. She told me here got nice food & big big portion of food.
We ordered a small ribs to share. It's yummy, thou a bit oily but I like the marinated taste.
Bake rice for Nic, it's her fave. Every time bake rice, bake rice...and bake rice : D
Chicken chop for Viv, a big portion too. I was worried she can't finished & we still have a Spring Chicken & ribs to go....
As for me & budd we shared a whole spring chicken. It really big, and with chips & salad it worth the value. Both of us can hardly finished this chicken too.
Another surprised fr her, this time the staff sang birthday songs to me, very pei say =D

Sydney

Bondi beach, a famous beach in Sydney. Ofcz we not gonna miss it. Stop by for a while, the long wide sandy beach. The water was cold at a temp of 24deg.so not so crowded.
A penny of thot in him. He been in deep thot recently, I not going to disturb him and left him alone. Me doing my self entertainment " )The surfer, cool : )Our final designation, Sydney city.Staying at King Cross area, with it's prominent Coka Cola sign board. It's convenient & easily accessible to most of the attraction. Also famous for it's night spot & entertainment district. It was quite noisy at night, so ppl like me a light sleeper will not find it comfortable. The big & beautiful Cathedral Church. The famous Sydney Harbour Bridge
A big cruise anchoring at the HarbourAnother famous icon, The Sydney Opera House.
Our late lunch, a pie that look similar to our curry puff. No curry inside, and taste more like Pau with beef instead of pork. Nice, I like it : p
We took a walked along the Bridge, and saw few ppl doing the Bridge climbing. We din try this, it's expensive & I dun have the courage to do this. Might gave up half way through. These guys were waving at me & asked me to take their pic.
The view from the Bridge was stunning.Luna park, a small theme park near the Harbour. There's a girl appeared in my pic, she was so happy & jumping. Hahaa..it just happened so co-incidentally. I love the colors.
Gotcha, a funny clown going around teasing ppl.
Another place of interest : ) the fish market. All the fresh seafood ready to be served. How can we resist this temptation right?

Look at this.. its so fresh. We just can't have enough. Still can feel the freshness & taste linger in my mouth while I updating this blog : p
Back to Sydney Harbour Sunset view.Had our dinner at Dov, a restn near our hostel. It was an early birthday celebration, coz during my actual day he will be away. His fave gift to me, will be travel trips. Almost every yr we will travel during my Birthday, and it always a gift fr him. This gift is better than any material stuff. And I'm glad he's here with me.Our starter, roast pork belly. Very sinful stuff but very nice, crispy outside & soft inside.
My roast lamb, very nicely done. It's soft and yummy.
His steak, the taste was good.
Happy Birthday to me : )
And a nice desserts to end our day & our trip in Australia.

Jenolan Caves at Blue Mountain

We moved on to Jenolan Caves after we checked out from the Hostel. It's a beautiful place, with lots of beautiful lime stones.
Entering the Lucas caves, it was narrow in the begining and wider in the middle. Heard it can hold a wedding & concerts inside this caves. Amazing!
This staircase was for the workers to replace/repair those lights & sound systems. Luckily we dun have to climb this : D
And a crystal found inside the caves, we touched it, its cool very cool
The shawls that looks like windows curtain, it's beautiful.
The column. That the end of our trip at Blue mountain. It was still early & we decided to drive to Wollongong for a nite before entering Sydney. Yeah we found the real Chicken in a Biskit, both of us very excited & started to munch on it.Upon arrival , we have to find a place to sleep. Most of the Hotel, Motel & hostel were expensive in this place. At last we ended up in a Motel, cost us Aus180/night. The room was decent & basic, nothing much to rave abt. And had our Chicken meals again, this time I went to the Grilled Spring Chicken. It's nice and big, we could hardly finished it.Nice houses at Wollongong
